The Vision Plan, administered by Community Eye Care, a division of VSP, has benefits for prescription glasses, contact lenses and laser vision correction.

With the vision plan, there are in-network and out-of-network benefits.  To locate in-network vision providers, please search the online vision provider directory.

The in-network vision benefits are:

Once per calendar year:

• Eye exam: $10 co-pay ($0 at Visionworks)
• Contact lens fitting evaluation: $10 co-pay ($0 at Visionworks)
• $225 allowance for all eyewear – includes frames, lenses and contact lenses.

Additionally, up to 50% discount on LASIK from more than 1,000 providers through QualSight.
