CoreSpeed Gym and the City of Round Rock’s Wellness Team present….

Cardio/Endurance and Muscle Training – Build Muscle & Burn Fat.

All classes are FREE for City Employees!  Dependents, age 18 and up enrolled with the City’s health insurance, can attend for FREE!  All participants will be required to sign a waiver, which will be provided at each class.

Great for ALL Fitness Levels and 2 Convenient Locations!:

Location #1: Baca Center – Centennial Plaza (301 W. Bagdad Ave., #2; Located in Downtown Round Rock)

• Tuesdays: 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• Thursdays: 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• Please bring your own yoga mat

Location #2: CoreSpeed Gym (located at 1201 Heatherwilde Blvd in Pflugerville, inside the Concordia High School Event Center)

• Tuesdays: 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
• Thursdays: 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
