Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, prevention, and education services for you and your dependents.  The EAP is provided to you at no cost by the City of Round Rock through All One Health.

How Can the EAP help?

The EAP can help you reduce stress, improve mental health, and make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources, and referrals.  All services are free, confidential, and available to you and your family members.  This includes access to short-term counseling and the wide range of services listed below:

  • Mental Health Sessions
  • Life Coaching
  • Financial Consultation
  • Legal Referrals
  • Work-Life Resources and Referrals
  • Personal Assistant
  • Medical Advocacy
  • Member Portal
  • Take the High Road: Call for a ride if you feel unable to drive due to impairment by a substance or extreme emotional condition.  All One Health will reimburse you and your dependents for car, Uber and Lyft fares up to $45.00 (excludes tip) once a year.
