The Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Gap plans pay you and your enrolled dependents with lump-sum payments for covered benefits.

Airrosti

Airrosti is a $0 co-pay chiropractic benefit for all employees and their dependents enrolled in either of the City’s medical plans.

Benefits eligibility and enrollment

Part-time and full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the City’s benefits.  Benefits enrollment is completed in ESS.

CoreSpeed Fitness Classes

Free Fitness Classes for all employees and for any dependents age 16 and up who are enrolled with the City’s health insurance.

Convenience Care Clinics have a $0 co-pay and are available nationwide.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s) allow you to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses using tax-free dollars.  There are two types of FSA’S:  Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA.

Health Plans

Pet Insurance

Pet Insurance is a voluntary benefit and is administered by Petplan.  If you enroll with pet insurance, you will be billed directly by Petplan, since there is no payroll deduction for this benefit.

Prescription drug coverage (pharmacy RX benefits) are included with your enrollment in either medical plan and are administered by Optum/United Healthcare.

Pre-paid Legal and Identity Theft Prevention

Pre-paid legal and identity theft prevention are voluntary benefits and are administered by both Texas Legal and LegalShield.
