CoreSpeed Gym and the City of Round Rock’s Wellness Team present….

Cardio/Endurance and Muscle Training – Build Muscle & Burn Fat.

All classes are FREE for City Employees!  Dependents, age 18 and up enrolled with the City’s health insurance, can attend for FREE!  All participants will be required to sign a waiver, which will be provided at each class.

Great for ALL Fitness Levels and 2 Convenient Locations!:

Location #1: Wellness Center, next to RockCare (901 Round Rock Ave., Ste. 300)

• Tuesdays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Thursdays: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Please bring your own yoga mat

Location #2: Clay Madsen Recreation Center (1600 Gattis School Rd.)

• Mondays: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Wednesdays: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Location #3: CoreSpeed Gym (located at 1201 Heatherwilde Blvd in Pflugerville, inside the Concordia High School Event Center)

• Tuesdays: 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
• Thursdays: 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
