“He created widgets, online tools that help citizens find the information they need. He is always willing to help and go out of his way to get the most information that will benefit the public. He does an excellent job getting the message across in the stories he puts together for City Focus and all the other social media used by the City.  Anytime we want the public to be informed, whether it’s an upcoming event, mandatory water restrictions, construction at an intersection, or new services provided, etc… he thoroughly gathers all the information and does an excellent job getting the word out.  Being that the vast majority of the services we provide impact all of our citizens, his efforts and expertise have helped us tremendously to succeed in keeping the citizens well informed.  Brooks Bennett has been a vital asset to our departments.”

“Letty had to deal with many changes over the last year.  Her job duties used to have her working for two departments and now she’s under just one. She provides excellent customer service throughout the entire city. She is always pleasant to her customers and always on top of what needs to be done. She works diligently with the internal customers of the city and does a great job of working with architects, engineers, and contractors.  No matter what the tasks given her are, she is always up to it and sees to it the job is completed and well done.”
