Human Resources recently launched a new supervisory development program designed for City of Round Rock employees wanting to develop essential people management skills while enhancing their leadership potential. We are excited to welcome this inaugural cohort into the program and are looking forward to a great learning partnership with each of these talented aspiring leaders. The five-month program consists of three distinct Learning Summits focused on leading self, leading others, and leading teams.
