Finance has been quite busy this month gearing up for the GO-LIVE of the Munis System on Oct. 1!

As many of you know, Finance has been conducting training classes for our end users on the requisition and PO process. We have received positive feedback from some of our users on the fact that they will be able to look up their account balances and vendor information, such as purchase orders, invoices, and checks. 

Finance will have an Open Lab in the Library computer lab on Oct. 2 and Oct 4 to provide assistance with the new requisition process. Sign up and bring your new fiscal year 2014 purchase requests!  PLEASE SIGN UP so we can provide adequate staffing for the lab. Also, please know this is not a training class; it is only for employees needing assistance with actual purchase requests!

Makeup training is Oct. 3 in the Library computer lab.  Contact Misty Gray, 218-7021, to sign up for training.
