OZONE ACTION DAY!

Today, August 20, 2020, is an Ozone Action Day in the Austin-Round Rock region. Atmospheric conditions are expected to be favorable for producing high levels of ozone air pollution in the Austin-Round Rock area. You can help prevent ozone pollution by doing one or more of the following:

• Take the bus
• Carpool
• Teleworking (if applicable)
• Walking or riding a bike
• Taking your lunch to work rather than driving somewhere for lunch
• Avoiding the drive-thru
• Conserving energy
• Keeping your vehicle properly tuned
