New assistant city manager, department directors
Brooks Bennett, information technology director, has been named Assistant City Manager, effective Feb. 2. Heath Douglas, assistant IT director, will become IT director at the same time. Susan Morgan has been hired as the new chief financial officer. She begins in February.
