The primary mission of the Human Resources staff is to attract, develop and retain a qualified and diverse workforce through positive Human Resource influences and practices in support of the City’s mission. Another critical mission is to integrate and facilitate risk management/occupational health and safety thinking and practices into business planning and daily operations.
