Round Rock Utility Crew Leader Rick Whisenant and Utility Services Superintendent Chris Spencer have been recognized as Certified Water Professionals (CWP) by the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).

The CWP certification, which represents the highest professional credential in the water utilities field, is a culmination of many years of experience and a minimum of 225 hours of classroom training through TEEX in water and wastewater treatment, operations and maintenance, management, safety, laboratory and other areas specific to the water utilities industry.

TEEX applauds Rick and Chris for their CWP achievements and dedication to provide safe drinking water to the community and the citizens of Texas.
