Each year, the Human Resources Department invites Fred Pryor Seminars to deliver in-person training at the City of Round Rock. Last month, Dr. Brian Wade, a leadership and change management expert based in Nashville, delivered two workshops on Creative Problem-Solving and Decision-Making. The sessions focused on using creative thinking to define problems, make effective decisions, and promote new ideas. Feedback from both sessions indicated the training was well-received and benefited employees who attended:
