On Aug. 3, Rockcare opened to eligible dependents on the City’s health plan.

Eligible dependents include spouse and/or children ages 5 and up. Your dependents will be eligible to receive services free of charge at Rockcare. As with employees, dependents over the age of 18 who will use the clinic must schedule and complete a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to remain eligible each year.
