The City of Round Rock has purchased next-generation software called Asset Essentials from Brightly Software. We will migrate to this new asset and work order management platform. You will use the new software to submit electronic service requests, like in Facility Dude. Please find the Asset Essentials link in the City of Round Rock folder on your internet browser. If you want to explore using the Asset Essentials mobile app, more information can be found with this link: Using the Mobile App. The client ID for the mobile app is RoundRockTX.

Once you have signed in, you can find more information about your role using the links on the homepage. These resources will guide you through the transition and help you make the most of the new system.

The new system will be ready for requests on Monday, June 17, 2024. Until then, please continue to use the Facility Dude for your requests. Once Asset Essentials is live, Facility Dude will no longer be available for request submissions. Each department will continue to have the same point of contact for entering requests.
