Team Activity: You Make Our Mission Possible Recognition

Recognize an individual or team outside of your department for helping you to achieve your department’s mission. A recognition certificate template is provided below and has also been distributed to your department’s Customer Service Committee member, but departments are encouraged to come up with their own recognition ideas as well. Type in the name of the individual, team, or department and send electronically along with a message of how they have helped your department achieve its mission or print your certificate (after filling it out electronically) and deliver in person. Have fun today recognizing the people outside of your department who help you accomplish your mission.
