In this one-hour presentation, leadership from a variety of City of Round Rock departments will share their department’s mission (why they do what they do) and how their work benefits Round Rock citizens and the community, internal customers, visitors, local businesses, etc. HR Organizational Development Trainer Darron Grussendorf will also lead attendees through an exercise designed to develop their own personal mission statement.
