For the second year in a row, City of Round Rock employees competed for the chance to take home bragging rights in what has now become an annual Halloween costume contest. Employees participated as an individual or part of a group within their department.

Congratulations to Neighborhood Services (Katy Price and Greg Carr), who dressed up as The Blues Brothers, and Angelo Marmarinos from PD, who was “Officer Mario,” for taking home the top prizes in the contest.

Our celebrity guest judges were Chief Allen Banks, Chief Robert Isbell, and City Attorney Steve Sheets.
