The City of Round Rock works hard to preserve the benefits we offer to you and your dependents under our healthcare plans. In order to continue to do this, on Sept. 21, 2015, we will begin a Dependent Eligibility Verification Program conducted by HMS Employer Solutions, an independent cost containment firm. All employees with dependents enrolled in our medical, dental, and/or vision plans will be required to participate.
The purpose of this Program is to ensure all dependents enrolled in our plans meet eligibility guidelines so that only eligible dependents are covered.
If you have dependents enrolled in the healthcare plans, you will receive a letter at home soon with detailed instructions on what you will need to do to complete the requirements of the program by the due date.
