2014_CSA_logo_400The Customer Service Team once again presents Customer Service Awareness Week from Oct. 28-30.

The week includes several training opportunities for improving customer service skills. Check out the schedule and sign up today.

The week caps off with Customer Service Awareness Day from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, at Centennial Plaza. The day will include breakfast tacos, games, and prizes. We will also present the Customer Service Awards.

All employees are invited. The theme will be Halloween and employees can come in costume. There will be a costume contest, photo booth, scavenger hunt and more.

The City excels in its customer service. In the 2014 resident survey, 75 percent of residents who had contacted the City during the past year described the service they received as “excellent” or “good.”  That compares with an average of 55 percent for most cities in the U.S.

Customer Service Week is a chance to celebrate our success and continue to improve.
