Graduation ceremonies were recently held to commemorate the achievement of five City employees who participated in this year’s Round Rock Leadership Development Program (LDP). During the five-month program, the LDP cohort developed and strengthened skills, knowledge, and self-awareness in several key leadership areas including performance coaching, building cohesive teams, leading change, communication skills, strengths-based leadership, employee engagement, and emotional intelligence.

City of Round Rock leaders, managers, mentors, and invited guests were on hand to celebrate with the graduating cohort. During the ceremony, Assistant City Manager Brad Wiseman addressed the graduates of the program, congratulating them on their achievement and reinforcing the importance of continuous learning to effective leadership and people management. Each graduate shared key takeaways and benefits from participating in the program and expressed their appreciation to program facilitator Darron Grussendorf, their LDP mentors, and City leadership for their support of the program and investing in their growth and development.
