If you were unable to attend the annual Personal Health Assessment (PHA) event on July 23, 2024, you may still have a PHA completed at RockCare.  It’s quick and is a great opportunity for you to receive an update on your current health status.  Schedule a PHA review with RockCare after you receive your PHA results to review/understand and for any next steps neeeded.
