Human Resources is excited to welcome the 2025 Leadership Development Program Cohort and are looking forward to a great learning partnership with each of these talented leaders. The five-month program is designed for City of Round Rock management employees to enhance their leadership skills, knowledge and impact. The program officially kicked off with a Team Retreat at Kalahari Resort last month. During the five-month program, the cohort will be developing and applying a variety of leadership skills, including strengths-based leadership, DiSC management, emotional intelligence, leading change, performance coaching, presentation skills, and employee engagement.
