Human Resources is excited to welcome the 2023 Leadership Development Program Cohort and are looking forward to a great learning partnership with each of these talented leaders. The six-month program is designed for City of Round Rock management employees to enhance their leadership skills, knowledge and impact. The program officially kicks off with a Team Retreat at Kalahari Resort later this week. Over the next six months, the cohort will be developing and applying a variety of leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, leading change, performance coaching and employee engagement.
