Announcing the 2021 Leadership Development Program Cohort

Human Resources recently launched a new leadership development program designed for City of Round Rock Management Employees to enhance their leadership skills, knowledge, and impact. We are excited to welcome this inaugural leadership group into the program and are looking forward to a great learning partnership with each of these talented leaders. The six-month program officially kicked off with a Team Retreat at Kalahari Resort. Over the next six months, the cohort will be developing and applying a variety of leadership skills, including emotional intelligence, leading change, performance coaching, and employee engagement.  Please join us in congratulating this inaugural cohort for the 2021 Leadership Development Program at the City of Round Rock:
