Airrosti, one of our health plan providers is presenting a “Back Pain & Spine Surgery Prevention” lunch and learn at the Baca Center Grand Ball Room on Wednesday, April 20 at 12 p.m.  It is an educational workshop where attendees will learn about a rapid recovery benefit that eliminates pain while preventing surgeries, injections and other invasive care.  You will learn how injuries and conditions occur, and what you can do to impact your own recovery.
