Paid Parental Leave – Effective January 1, 2026:

Paid Parental Leave is effective January 1, 2026.  The City of Round Rock supports employees in balancing work responsibilities with family obligations during significant life events. Paid Parental Leave (PPL) provides eligible employees paid time away from work to care for and bond with a newborn child or a newly placed child through adoption, foster care, or other legal placement.
