STRONGX50 is a program that is designed to improve and increase your overall strength. Trainers will provide you with the modifications to succeed regardless of your gender, age, and fitness level.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – Strength training
Tuesday – Speed and agility
Thursday – Stretch and recovery
You will not only learn how to strengthen your body but you will learn how to take care of it in ways you’ve never thought of before. Prepare to gain self-confidence and lose the intimidation factor to show that you can be stronger than you are right now, both physically and mentally!
