We’re gearing up for our 2011 Employee Field Day Picnic this May and we need you’re help again to make this an even bigger success then last year!

The Field Day will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 at Old Settlers Park. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

We want all departments to come up with games and activities just like last year for this special event. Each department will devise some amusement for employees involving health, physical fitness, or nutrition. Tug of war, free-throw contests, foot races… So, let’s do it again and show how creative your department can be.

Department activities are due to Linda by Friday, April 22. We don’t want more than one department to use the same idea. First come first served, so don’t wait to reserve the activity you want. Fill out the Form and return to Human Resources.
