The Round Rock Police Department is accepting Prom dresses and formals from April 8 to 22, as part of the Blue Dress Project.

The dresses will be donated to the Austin and Fort Hood Fairy Godmother Boutiques so young ladies can attend Prom with confidence and style. The boutiques also provide dresses for military spouses for formal events.

The Department will be accepting Prom dresses, formals and bridesmaid dresses of all colors, sizes and styles. Shoes, accessories and new make up are also accepted.

Dresses on hangers can be dropped off at the lobby of the Round Rock Police Department.
