Emsud Horozovic and Jessica Woods at the 2010 Customer Service Awareness Day
The City’s 6th Annual Customer Service Awareness Week will take place Oct. 3 – 6. The week will feature training on customer service issues. The Customer Service Award Ceremony will be on Thursday, Oct. 6.
As in years past, we will present Individual Customer Service Awards by Department and the Departmental Customer Service Award. The Innovations Team will also present the Annual Innovations “Rock” Award. The Customer Service Award Ceremony will be from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 6 at the Baca Center.
The week will feature several training sessions, including the return of popular presenter Brad Voss. Voss presented a training session on multiple generations in the workplace two years ago. This year, his presentation is on Extraordinary Customer Service.
Teresa Bledsoe will also do a training session on personality styles.
Brooks Bennett, Shannon McIntire and Chris Sauder will discuss How the City’s Website Can Work for You.
Customer Service is a part of everyone’s responsibility. We encourage all employees to attend at least one of these sessions.
All training sessions will be held in the McConico Community Room.
