City Celebrates Latest Graduating Cohort of the Round Rock Leadership Development Program

Graduation ceremonies were recently held to commemorate the achievement of four City employees who participated in this year’s Round Rock Leadership Development Program. During the six-month program, the team developed and strengthened skills, knowledge, and self-awareness in several key leadership areas including performance coaching, building cohesive teams, creating positive change, employee engagement, and emotional intelligence.

City of Round Rock leaders, managers, mentors, and invited guests were on hand to celebrate with the graduating cohort. During the ceremony, Assistant City Manager Bryan Williams addressed the importance of continuous learning for effective leadership in his message to the cohort. Each graduate shared key takeaways and benefits from participating in the program and the cohort gave an update on their team project, Rock the House, which launched earlier in the month.

We would like to congratulate the 2023 graduating class of the Round Rock Leadership Development Program on a job well done:

  • Leigh Carrico – Police Department
  • Tyler Jarl – Human Resources
  • Sandra Thomas – Police Department
