After 30 years with the City, Terrell Wilkey, water distribution analyst, is retiring. Utilities and Environmental Services is hosting a party from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, in the break room of the 2008 Enterprise Drive building.
The party is come and go.
