About Customer Service Day
Presented by the Customer Service Team, Customer Service Day is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in success for the City. Round Rock has received exceptional customer service ratings from our residents in the last several City surveys.
“Your overall satisfaction rating is among the highest in the nation,” said Chris Tatham of ETC Institute, which conducted the survey.
Customer Service Day is an opportunity for employees to celebrate their success and remember the importance of good customer service. Come join the fun!
