Individual personalities impact every action and interaction that occurs in a workgroup. Individuals members possess distinct personalities that influence behavior, and create a group dynamic. Many groups experience success as a result of this dynamic, while other groups struggle to understand one another. This training explores these dynamics and provides a basic understanding of how to address personality challenges encountered in the workplace.
