The Annual Personal Health Assessment (PHA) event will be held Monday, July 19 to Wednesday, July 21. Registration is now open. Please reference this flyer for full information regarding the PHA event.
What is a PHA?
A biometric screening that includes a check of blood pressure, height, weight, waist measurement, and a blood draw to measure key lab values.
New for 2021: all employees who receive a PHA will be entered in to drawings for wellness prizes.

Who is eligible to receive a PHA?
All employees and dependents (age 18 and older) who are enrolled with the City’s health insurance.
